At C4M Training Systems, online coaching has been my passion for the last few years. I help busy humans look better NAKED!

My clients are busy, successful people that just don't have a ton of time on their hands but just want to feel good in their own skin. They could figure it out by themselves, but they rather leave the decisions in the hands of an expert that's already done the work.

IS ONLINE COACHING RIGHT FOR YOU?

 

❌ If you’re new to lifting, need someone to motivate you through your workouts, or fix an injury, I would suggest you seek someone out locally in your area.

✅ For everything else, hiring someone online has huge advantages.You get access to the best, rather than limited by whoever is local to you.

 

But every coaching program is different. “Best” is relative to who you are, what you currently need, and your preference for communication!

Hi, I'm Coach Carl. Outside of being a nutritionist with over 10 years of training experience, I've used myself as my own test subject before I trained a single client. I practice what I preach and my methods will simplify training & nutrition for the rest of your life.

But I am good at what I do because I do not work with everyone.

 

Expertise is only produced when focusing on a niche. 

WHO I WORK WITH 

✅ I work exclusively with human (no aliens sorry :/ ) aesthetic-focused recreational gym-goers

✅ They are busy, highly-driven working professionals 

✅ They MAY be a former athlete 

✅ Clients have training experience and are typically between the

      25–45 year age range.

If this describes you, I understand your struggles. Whether it's losing fat, building muscle, or both, there is rarely a situation I haven’t seen before and helped guide clients through. I understand that you are busy and will be the first to let you know when you are wasting time doing unnecessary stuff.

 

❌ Unfortunately, if this does not describe you, I don’t have the relevant

experience to help you and am not the right fit.

WHAT YOU'RE IN FOR: 

💥 There are NO HACKS or QUICK FIXES to transform your physique. The only shortcut is setting up habits so that you can sustain this for a lifetime. This is why I like keeping things as simple as possible.

 

💥 Clients typically lift 3–4 days per week. They eat 2-4 meals per day dependent of preference. Cardio is rarely needed, and you don't need supplements. 

💥 You’ll need to check in every week on my private mobile app with your progress data and some feedback questions. Calls are optional but highly recommended.  

MY COACHING STYLE

📲 All my clients use my private 1:1 coaching app to make this process easy 

✅ You need to be the type of person who appreciates a laid back style of communication. This includes text and video messaging through the app.

Emojis are highly recommended! 😆 

 

❌ I am not for you if you want long emails, PDFs and spreadsheets.

THE RUN DOWN:

1. Before any commitments are made or any money is exchanged, I need to determine whether or not we will be a good fit for each other. If I can help you, I'll show you how I can do that. If I can't, I'll at least lead you in the right direction.

2. I will create a detailed, personalized nutrition guide and custom training plan tailored to your schedule, preferences, and goals.

3. You will check in every week with your progress data and feedback questions.

(This literally takes minutes) Just follow the plan and I'll make adjustments if necessary.

4. When your coaching ends, I will give you parting advice. My goal is to guide you to your independence. My wish isn't to keep you forever unless that's what you want :) My goal isn't repeat business. My goal is referral business.

HOW MUCH DOES ONLINE COACHING COST?

I've seen people charging as little as $50 per month for group coaching and several thousand dollars per month for one-on-one.

 

Thousands of dollars, regardless of experience and skillset, seems excessive. But you get what you pay for.

My coaching costs between $350–600 per month. Pricing is incentivized based on duration. The longer you commit, the cheaper your rate will be!

Now I do realized this may be too expensive for many people, if that is the case, consider my one-off plans instead. 

COACHING QUALIFICATION REQUIRMENTS

 

✅ You classify as a human, over 20 years old.
✅ You are in a stable financial position 
✅ You have training experience.
✅ You have no injuries or medical conditions that prevent you from training.
✅ You are a natural trainee. (No steroids, past or present.)
✅ You agree to keep an open line of communication on the private app

ONLINE COACHING FAQ

Are there any food restrictions with this program?

No! Although there will be recommended suggestions to make your transformation successful, all diets will be customized to your dietary preferences.

THE APPLICATION PROCESS

 

💥 Fill out the application form

💥 Set up a time that that works best for you 

💥 On the call we will talk about your goals and challenges

💥 I'll give you advice on your specific situation 

💥 You share your thoughts, and if we are a great fit for each other I'll share pricing and coaching packaging options

💥 If pricing is agreeable, we move forward

💥 Once payment is accepted, you will be emailed instructions to set up your client profile on my private mobile app and all future communication will be located there.
