WHAT TO EXPECT

💥 Customized plans come down to one thing: Adherence. On average this typically involve 3–4 workouts weekly, 2-4 meals daily, appropriate cardio, and supplementation. However this is subject to changed based on individual preferences and schedules.
💥 Weekly check-ins via my private app are essential for tracking progress

Weekly Check-Ins: You’ll have access to 1:1 coaching check-ins every week. You are responsible for scheduling each session using the link provided after sign-up.

Subscription Plans: Choose from weekly, monthly (4 check-ins), or every 3 months (12 check-ins) billing cycles.

Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically. You can change or cancel your plan anytime before the next billing cycle.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Reschedule sessions with 24 hours' notice.

Refunds: Payments are non-refundable once processed.
